Tai Chi

The gentle flowing movements of tai chi contain inner power that strengthen the body, improve mental and physical balance and bring better health and harmony to people's lives.

Tai chi is practiced for relaxation and health improvement and is designed to enhance Qi, the life energy force essential to good health and longevity.

Tai Chi is especially effective because of its powerful qigong exercises, a combination of breath and movement. A guided meditation is facilitated in each class to further enhance your body's relaxation response.

Angie Lambert is a certified Tai Chi for Health Instructor, Wellness Coach, elementary Sports Coach, and Nutritional Consultant, who has overcome a debilitating form of rheumatoid arthritis through diet, lifestyle an dmind-body practices such as tai chi and meditation.

"I took Angie's tai chi class, which enhanced my life tremendously. Angie is a born teacher. It comes naturally for her to lead in a gentle way. It's so joyful to be in her presence as she teaches with great enthusiasm. Her passion for sharing her expereience and knowledge, has helped me become more happy and aware." - Marvida Rodriguez, CMT
