Sound, color, essential oils, stones and elements aligned with each of the major 7 chakra centers are used to optimize, balance and promote healing. Special attention is given to physical, emotional and spiritual issues related to each chakra. Awareness of healing techniques to maintain chakra health and a better sense of wellbeing.
The focus of this class is on spiritual, emotional and physical: advancement, awareness and awakening as related to the chakras and the energy systems fed by chakra energies. The skills learned in this class can be used to heal yourself and others. We will learn to identify issues that cause imbalance in each chakra and how to balance.
Each student will leave with tangible and intangible gifts.
